We cannot stress enough the importance of reading the Study Guide prior to the class, and completing the Practice Exam that’s included. The class is presented in ENGLISH by a Certified Instructor/Exam Proctor… a hospitality industry professional with years of practical experience. Reading the Study Guide and attending the class gives you the best opportunity to pass the exam on the first attempt. Your certification is valid for 5 years.
