While working for an establishment participating in the Responsible Vendor program, as a condition of employment (and even as a consultant or volunteer), you must complete your profile and the new hire course and pass the final exam. Completed profiles are maintained by FSA Training in compliance of the Responsible Vendor requirements and as the agent of record. The data collected is for compliance records only and is not shared with outside companies for marketing purposes.
